Note:  The windows may still be under Prorated Warranty and you will need to ask for the service department and use the information on the side of the window to request warranty service.  If you have fogged up windows, give them a call to see if there is still coverage.

Mark Morgan helped me identify my window issue: pivot bar head broken off in the balance shoe.   Mark's coworker Phil was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes. 

 

 

If you have a drafty window and don't want to replace the window entirely, you could use a window insert to block the draft.  These window inserts block cold air during winter and block heat during the summer; for example, coming from the fireplace in the family room.
