Royal Oaks is a beautiful neighborhood comprised of 139 homes. 
We are located five miles west of I-95 exit 130B just off Route 3.  Royal Oaks was developed in three sections from the late 1990s through 2005.  This very prime location in Fredericksburg attracted several builders, resulting in a three-stage development and three different Home Owner's Associations.

Section 3   Our Section was the final section to be developed and built in Royal Oaks SD consisting of 40 homes, all Colonial Style with full basements. This Section was developed and built by Augustine Homes from 2004 through 2005. With Augustine Homes as the Developer/Builder they took the liberty of installing the rear entrance sign at Old Plank Rd. with their name “Augustine at Royal Oaks” - however officially we remain Royal Oaks Section 3.  Augustine Homes is recognized as an upscale builder throughout the Fredericksburg regional area.

Section 1  The first section consists of 69 homes of Colonial & Rambler styles - developed and built in the late 1990s with the final homes built in 2003.
