The Board has approved the 2025 Budget. Your Assessment is payable Annually in the amount of $800.16, Semi-Annually in the amount of $400.08, Quarterly in the amount of $200.04, Bi-Monthly in the amount of $133.36, or Monthly in the amount of $66.68.
Mail your payment so as to arrive in our PO Box no later than the 10th. Coupons or monthly invoices are not provided - the Annual Assessment Invoice sent by the Treasurer will be your only notification.
